Gritzy is a better-for-you, more convenient Southern comfort food brand. Our launch product is our namesake, heat-and-eat grits, made with high-quality ingredients and flavors. Ready in just 90 seconds with no additional ingredients, it's designed as a convenient, delicious alternative to traditional or instant grits.
What ingredients do you use? Are they non-GMO?
We use simple ingredients. All our products are Non-GMO Project Verified and gluten-free certified.
Are your products gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegan?
Our Classic and Buttery grits are naturally gluten-free. Some of our flavor variants contain milk, ghee, and/or cream, and those are labeled clearly. We are not currently vegan or dairy-free, but we are vegetarian.
Do your products contain allergens or are they made in a facility that processes allergens?
Yes, our Classic & Buttery grits contain milk allergens. We state allergen info clearly on each package.
How do you get your flavors? Are they non-GMO?
We partner with trusted suppliers and use non-GMO grits, dairy products, and other ingredients.
Do you add preservatives or artificial ingredients?
